How do I recover money lent to a person. I only have money gram receipts and gas station receipts. We live in different states. How do I prove that moneygrams were loans

You can do that via testimony and by presenting the written evidence of money transferred.

If you don't have a Note or IOU, you can still bring an action in court.

How much was the loan for?

Is the person working or have assets?

Was the loan made in MN? You may be able to use the

MN Long Arm Statute to get jurisdiction over the borrower.
