Terminated thru slander from private party
A private party and drug dealer hacked into my friend's email and saw we were discussing him and where he hid his drug money. He printed out some of the emails and gave them to the police stating my friend gave them to him to warn him. The police went to my employer causing them to investigate my computer. I was terminated based on using a company computer for personal use. I am also facing charges of other things they found in the process. Once I am cleared can I sue this private party for Libel/Slander. I have also place this question under the Labor category.

You have multiple grounds for a lawsuit. Several state and fed. Laws have been broken.
