Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

applied for naturalization recently and appeared for an interview. the examiner was not able to make a decision because i was convicted of a disorderly conduct and was given a 90 day in a workhouse but the sentence was stayed for one year if i followed through with the probation requirements. the officer thought that i had actually served 90 days days in jail. he said that they will review my file and get back to me . what do you think the out is going to be. my offense was committed in July 2005 and just applied for naturalization end of 2010.
