Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

I accepted a relocation package from my employer. In the offer letter it stated that a 30% bonus would be paid within 14 days. The bonus is to be repaid if you quit within 2 years. It has been 3 months since the offer letter and they still have not paid out the bonus. Does that mean that I do not have to repay it back (If it is ever given) or I can recind the acceptance of the job?

To formulate a proper answer any contrracts or offer letters would have to be reviewed. However, it seems quite clear that once the bonus is paid, it is repayable if you leave the company within two years.

If the bonus is not paid, and that bonus was a critical part of the offer letter or employment contract, you may certainly rescind your acceptance of the job or terminate that employment.
