Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

actor release forms

We have recently completed an independent feature

film and plan to submit it to film festivals with the hopes

of it being picked up by a distributing company. We

would like to be pay our actors for their part in the film

but only a certain percentage of the income that is

made from it's first ditribution deal. How should we

write this into the general realse agreement so that

there aren't any loopholes?
