Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I have been at my apartment for less than a month and have a job opportunity and want to break my lease. When going over my lease, I noticed the termination for this lease was written with the wrong year making it already expired. Is my lease still valid with the lease date being incorrect?

An attorney would want to view the entire lease in entirety in order to provide a legal opinion. This site provides general information only. Generally, clerical errors in legal documents can and do occur. If you intend to seek legal counsel, you should do so sooner rather than later, i.e., without delay.
