Eviction

Our landlord wants us out of his place due to non-payment and we are ok with that. Our question is, how long do we have after we are served.

Re: Eviction

Unless LL has started an eviction action in court (an Unlawful Detainer) your lease controls notice (usually 30 or 60 days).

Notice period starts on LAST day of month in which it is given to you.
