Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

My mom withheld my mail earlier and demanded I let her read it. Legally speaking, I know withholding a person's mail is a felony. She doesn't claim me on taxes, I'm 21. What legal action can I take?

Best solution for the future: Rent a small POB at your nearest Post Office and have your personal mail forwarded there. They are very reasonable.

Next: to deal with your Mother, have an attorney transmit a Cease & Desist letter to her outlining the penalties for interfering with the US Mail and citing relevant Data Privacy statutes.
