Lost My Benifits

i was injured at work and suffered a torn rotator cuff.after surgery i didnt heal well. i was off for four months then back to work half days with restrictions thru the present.now the boss has taken my fulltime benifits away including health insurance. after twenty-three years of faithfull service can they do this to me.

While benefits are usually not part of your wage loss benefits, we can certainly make the insurer or employer pay for this decision. Call me and I will let you know more.
