Legal Question in Business Law in Mississippi
my bank called me yesterday and informed me they no longer wanted my acct because it stays in the arrears to much and they can't make any money of off it, yet they get overdraft fees every month. It's a direct deposit they get their money back every month. is this a form of financial discrimination

The bank has every right to terminate your account. There is no discrimination here
