Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Mississippi

My son was arrested as a juvenile but because of the charges was later charged as an adult, he was transferred from a youth detention center to a county jail, the youth court judge said he had no bond but a city court judge granted him one, he was bonded out by a bails bondsman after a week the youth court judge revoked the bond and said he wasn't supposed to have a bond and he was sent back to jail, my question is do I still have to pay the bail bondsman even though he is still in jail and a bind should've never been issued?

There are sever issues here. First and foremost your soon needs an attorney as soon as possible. He should be entitled to some bond. You need to get him counsel, to have a bond set, then you can work things out with the bondsman.
