Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
If a felony warrant was issued for someone in 2013 for failure to appear on Grand Larceny (they were incarcerated in another county on court date and not returned for court) and the value of the property was less than $1000.00. Would it fall under the New 585 law since he hasn't been found guilty and wasn't arrested till his release from prison in 2014?
