Intensive Supervision Program

If I was placed on intensive supervsion by a judge after Judicial review in the 2nd district and have since relocated to another county because a natural disaster who has jurisdiction reguarding my case and if it's still the circuit court 2nd district can my lawyer have the case transferred?

More likely than not, the judge who heard your case and rendered the judgment & sentence (putting you on I.S.), still has jurisdiction over the matter.
