Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

What kind of sentences can a person get for a frist afeance ever change of commercial burglary all but jwelling they got the stuff from my house and one picture of that person after someone else had taken it but didn't know that it was stoling weeks befor borrow the stuff from someone that u had new a few years ago but don't know there last name or were thay are.but told me that he will be back to get the tools in a few week didnt thank about it all in till it was to late the man the stuff belong to told the cops if he get all the stuff back he will drop all charges befor that when I found out that it was stolen I told the cops to get it out my shed an give it back so they did just that now I am charged with this crime and didn't do it or in no way knew that it was stolen can anyone help me.but like I said the man said it was his dads house and he got killed in a house fire no one lived on the property and it was a old ran down shed?

If they charge it as a dwelling minimum 3 max 25 . If non dwelling max 7 if receipt of stolen property max 10. Please do not post any more information about this situation as it could be used against you. Retain counsel now
