Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

My children's father is taking me to court for foodstamps fraud. I received foodstamps for my 3 kids while they lived with me. He is saying they lived with him and it's untrue. What do I need to do

Are you being criminally charged or have you been served with papers for chancery court? Either way you need an attorney immediately for if this is just chancery for now, it could lead to criminal charges
