Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

leagally divorced, living together

My exhusband & I divorced in 2001 & have been together ever since. Now we are separating. Does our divorce agreement still stand or will we need to go through the process again. My main concernis this. we refinanced our house in 2002 but since I had recently borrowed $75,000 the loan officer said we couldn't refinace unless we refinanced only in my ex-husband's name. Now that my name isn't on the deed, I'm afraid he will take the house. What should or could I do?

Co-habitation after divorce is against the law. You could ask that any provisions in the divorce decree be enforced by the Court, but your case would be very weak, at best.
