How can I make my ex pay for the car he was awarded in the divorce?

Re: nonpayment of debt
Petition the court to hold him in contempt and award your attorney fees if he fails to abide by the terms of the divorce judgment. Otherwise, consider petitioning the court to amend the judgment to deal with the debt as an error that should have been addressed. The time for such action ends six months after the date of the judgment.
