Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Who Serves Papers?

An out of state Writ for Parental Interference is to be served to get our children back home. I called the sheriff and they are fumbled with the whole idea of serving an out of state Writ. Who should I contact?

Re: Who Serves Papers?

If I were you and wanted to get the children back, I would contact a lawyer rather than try to have a sheriff serve an out of state writ. That will NEVER work.
