Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mississippi

What is an Alien Registration number? I am filling out the G-325 (Biographic Information) and I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) and they both for Alien Registration number. I am currently on an F1 student visa and married to an US citizen. Do I leave the Alien Registration number part blank in the form or write none?

Thanks

You would have an A number on any previously issued Employment Authorization Documents. Are you applying for your green card based on marriage to a U.S. Citizen? If so, you will need to file more than just the I-765 and the G-325A. You may want to consider having an attorney look over your documents before you file everything. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.

Hello:

If you are married to a U.S. Citizen, you should be applying for Adjustment of Status, not just the work permit.
