Legal Question in Traffic Law in Mississippi

Traffic accident

I have been accused of Hit & Run.

I can prove that it wasnt me but Insurance company is now suing me to get there claim back. Can I counter sue for any damages?

It's possible if the suit is frivilous. You need to consult an attorney as soon as possible. If you have been served a summons you usually have only 20 or 30 days to file a formal answer with the court in order to prevent a default judgment.
