Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

If you let a family member get parole to your house, can their parole officer come in and search your house while your at work without a warrant? Also can they take your laptop?

If it is your computer, the po cannot remove it without your permission. But, they probably can search the area of the house occupied by the parolee. They don't have the power or authority to search through your personal belongings.
