Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

Our home was recently "raided" this week (without any warning) by several local Police Officers (acting almost like a SWAT Team). They removed us from the home, searched the home and removed a member against their will (we are a Christian Religious Organization House). THe individual as visiting with us here undergoing medical treatment and visiting her Lawyer. The "Officer" REFUSED on TWO occasions of being asked to provided a search warrant or Court Order and threatened that if anyone stood in her way she would have them arrested for interference. The Officer also REFUSED to allow our guest to contact her personal Attorney. When I asked again for a search warrant, her reply was that "she had the badge and gun and if I did not sit down and stay out of her way I would be arrested. I am a Heart patient (four hear attacks and two heart procedures in the past 18 months) and we were all removed outside in the cold without coats or shoes for over hour. I told the Officers I needed to be inside and that I needed my oxygen. She again refused. She also refused to REMOVE from our property an individual that we had the police remove a few days earlier - she let that person into our home. The officer has lied, libeled, slandered, committed a Hate Crime against us and influenced other officials at the City Hall prejudice against us. They also removed a vehicle from our garage against the donors will that was donated to the organization. There is so much more but to little room here for additional explanation. We very much feel that our Constitutional, Religious, Civil and basic Human Rights have been violated by this biased individual and her authority.

It sounds like you had a horrible experience. But, you didn't ask any questions. If you're asking if you should consult directly with a civil practice attorney soon, three answer is "Yes"

Good luck
