Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I'm needing to get legal guardianship of my 19 year old daughter the welfare has kept her without any reason. I was arrested but not convicted of two class c felony I've never been in trouble and plan to get these charges dropped my daughter had to sneak and call me the other day wanting to come home they told me she was scared to. She isn't scared she just saying what they are making her say. My daughter has never been scared and wants to come home

l Unless your daughter is incapacitated or incompetent, it is unlikely that you could become her Guardian. Adults can execute power of attorney appointments. If she cannot, you should ask the Judge to account a Guardian Ad Litem for your daughter. Rather than rely on just general responses to your general questions, I suggest that you consult directly with an attorney in your area. Give them all the facts that gui you weren't able to provide here, so you can get advice specific to the particular facts of your daughter's situation.
