Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I have requested that a clinic stop scheduled monthly payments (that haven\'t started yet) and refund $500 down payment for product not yet received for a treatment plan I decided not to do. The clinic refuses, saying all sales are final.What are my options in Missouri Law?

Inform the bank that you disallow the charges. You may need to sue to get your deposit back.
