Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri

I was trying to sell my motorcycle on craigslist, I decided to settle for a trade for a truck. We had a verbal agreement we would exchange titles in two weeks after his title came back in. So I made the deal. It has been a year I cannot get in touch with the man who has my bike. He has my license plates. The truck has none. I still have to the title to the bike.

It sounds like you may need to file an action to quiet title to the truck. You may be able to sue the other party for breach of contract. You should consult directly with a civil practice attorney to determine your options. Take all the relevant documents with you, when you see them.
