Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

My husband and I purchased a car to help a friend that has promised to make monthly payments. The car is legally registered in my husbands name. The girl was doing pretty well at making payments but has decided to stop and refuse all contact with us. I have the title to the car. Can I legally go get it?

Under the facts you described, it appears that your husband can reposess the car.
