Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

i recieved a judgement on a credit card in 2005. i just received an order to show cause why this should not be revived. I was never served in the original case in 2005, my estranged husband was. can i fight this or should i negotiate with the plaintiffs.

If you and your husband were living together, at the time, he could be served on your behalf. So, you might consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, to see if you are served. If you weren't, you might be able to not only prevent the revival, but get the judgment against you set aside.
