Felony and misdemeaner distribution
Are all distribtion charges dealing with marijuana felonies? and if not what is the difference between felony and misdemeaner?

Possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana is a misdemeanor under state law in Missouri. Possession of all other controlled substances or distribution of any controlled substance is a felony.
