Can fugitive sue for wrongful termination? Status of fugtive known before employment began.....

Having an oustanding criminal warrant is not normally , in itself, a bar to filing a civil suit, nor from making an employment claim through an agency. If the purpose for warranty relates to the employment issue, it might make the claim less likely to succeed.
