Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I used to live in Oklahoma but now reside in Missouri. I recieved a subpoena to attend court aginst my ex who still lives in Oklahoma. What can I do to resolve this since im no longer in the state?

If the court case is in Oklahoma, you should re-post your question under Oklahoma law. That state's procedures are the ones that matter. More Oklahoma lawyers will see your question if you re-post it under that state.
