Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

Just a quick question.my fiance is in Arizona department of corrections serving his time for probably another year due to violation of probation.he was revoked. He lives or lived in Missouri when he got arrested for violating probation. The nite he was picked up he made a stupid decision to outrun the cops in independence mo. Well they caught him.and he had a gun in car because he just carried one for safety or whatever but anyway, so that's when he was arrested, spent five months in county jail in mo, then was extradited to AZ because that's where his warrant for violation of probation was. Now he is trying to get help as to how to deal with his warrants from mo, and bureau of atf, federal crime, because when he gets out of Arizona and brought back to mo, they are going to arrest him again.so, any way to combine his time or do something about federal charges awaiting him. He keeps telling me he needs a notiree for something called motion to quash for his federal charges. ??? he gets no help from anybody at Lewis prison in Arizona . O and it's his first federal offense

If he is Arizona, he needs an Arizona notary. Perhaps you can hire an attorney near his priso to help home with the Motion to Quash. There may be little that could prevent him from serving some time for Felon with a gun. But, he might be able to get credit for the time he has been incarcerated since he was caught. Perhaps the Arizona attorney could help with that too. Or, you can hire a Missouri attorney to start on that now. There isn't nearly enough information here to fully advise your Fiance.

Good luck
