Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My son is in prison in Norton Ks. He will be getting out in Feb 2010. He has a couple of misdemeanor charges in Parkville Mo. He has contacted the court and asked if he could plead guilty and have his time ran with his Kansas time. The court has agreed if he files the proper paper work. We have contacted several people to send the proper paper work but so far everything is rejected stating "not proper paper work". We would like to know what papers or forms have to be filled out to make this situation happen. Thank you

Hire an attorney to file an entry on the Parkville matters, and the cases can be set on the docket for a guilty plea. Our office appears in that court each month if you require assistance. Do not hesitate to contact us for a free consultation. Best Regards, Matt Guilfoil
