Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

what would happen for a 12 year old having possesion on school grounds? will that be put in there criminal record? how long will it take to clear it off there record?

If for some reason a 12 year old is "arrested" or taken into custody by the Police or Juvenile Officers, then the charges might stay on their record until they are eighteen.
