here is my story ,,,,, i was standing by the door somking drinking beer, suddenly 2 cops stoped and caught me drinking ,, took my beer and throw in in floor then he said you're under arrest for drinking in public, next he took me to the jail city and he took a photo of me and fingerprint, then he gave me a court date , i asked him if am in bad position he said no, my questions is what is going to happend? is't going to be in my record ? do i need a lawyer? ,,,, i'm 20 yrs. not from united state i'm from kuwait,,and i go to college in missouri and got caught in missouri .......thank you and please help me
