If your mother is lucid, she might seek an accounting from the financial attorney in facts (your sister.) You might also be able to make a claim for your expenses ofcarung for Mom. As the financial attorney in fact, it is her job to handle creditor claims. If she didn't pay, you might be able to sue . But, in reality you'll be using your Mom, as that is whose assets would pay your claim. You might also seek to have a conservator appointed, and claim that the financial attorney in fact is spoiling and converting assets. If your mother is lucid, she can fire her attorney in fact. If you can't fix it on your own soon, consult directly with an elder care or probate attorney in your area.

Good luck
