Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Ok i have a 13 year old son whom i have not got to see in 11 years the mother keeps him from me and i can't see him talk to him or even get any pictures i am 21,000 behind in child support but why pay for him not to get anywhere with his mother. ....i am considering signing my rights over however i am wondering how that will be with child support

You can waive or "sign over" your right to visitation and custody, but NOT your support obligation. That is terminated when another man adopts your Son. Based upon the facts you have provided, there seems to be little reason to sign over anything, unless the mother pays you first.
