Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My almost 20 yr. old daughter moved out when she was 17. Now she is asking for my tax info for student loan applications and says I'm obligated until she's 25. I have NOT claimed her as dependent since she moved out. Is this true and if so, what do I need to do so I'm not liable for her choices?

You must meet with an experienced family law attorney. Your obligation at most ends at age 21 but there may not be any if she has not been attending college and providing proper proof to you.
