Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I'm looking to change my middle name and drop the II at the end. My mom has full custody and I am a minor. Do I need my father's consent if my mom has full custody? I live in Missouri.

No, but you have to file a case pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court rules
