Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My daughter is 18, had a baby at 16 and I owe a large amount of back child support which I am currentely paying 300.00 per month which my ex blows all on pot, pills, and booze.What can I do as none of this goes to my daughter

Unless you can get custody, or show that your daughter wa smarried or otherwise emancipated, there is little you can do to avoid your support debt. If you feel that yoru ex is an addict, you can ty to get help for her.
