Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Divorce query

What does it mean to have a case in submission? My divorce case went to trial and the judge has not ruled on it yet because it is in submission.

Re: Divorce query

The terminology "under" submission means the judge will review the file and his trial notes at his convenience. This typically could mean 1-3 weeks depending on the judge in St. Louis county. Some are more diligent than others. Let me know the judge and the complexity of the case and I could give you a better gage.
