Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

The father of my two boys has not paid child support in over 13 months. He got arrested in front of the boys two weeks ago for identity theft, theft, improper registration, fake car insurance and he had a warrant for not paying his support payments. He has used the kids SS number for many things. I tried to talk to child support enforcement but they just called him and gave him a heads up that i was seeking justice. he paints houses for cash then claims taxes at the end of the year so the state can't take anything but his return. Out of almost 14 years i have only seen one return. He normally pays about 300 a year at best, but that was a long time ago. He doesn't help with clothes, shoes, sports or school supplies. I have tried everything I can think of, but the police make me let him take them for his visits. Please help.

Hire an experienced family law attorney and file for contempt to put him in jail.
