Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

When I fill for custody do I have to use all the forms they provide. Like the second part of the parenting plan even if I'm not asking for support

It's impossible to give informed advice without seeing the documents, however you still have to file a Form 14 and then say it is unjust and find no support ordered.
