Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Can I get full custody if the father voluntarily terminates his rights to avoid child support? I have a txt asking me to drop the support case and that he would sign his rights over.

The father can not voluntarily terminate his "rights" to avoid child custody issues or child support issues. You need to consult with, and hire, an attorney. I may be able to offer my services, or refer you to an attorney in your area. Call me at 314-727-2822 for a free telephone consultation.
