Me and my husband got a custody agreement drawn and signed by a judge before marriage now we are soon getting a divorce are my previous custody papers still standing ?

I need many more facts to give informed advice. If this is some sort of pre-marital agreement there are conditions it has to meet. Beyond that normally it is difficult to bind the court on a child from years before.
