If judgement entered to pay attorney and court fees by specific date but other party willing to take payments is this okay or does it need to be paid by specific date?

If both the payee and payor freely and ckearly agree, in writing, to extend the period, I know of no judge that would not respect that agreement. Butt if two people ate owed the money, and only one agrees to extend the time to pay, the one who did not agree to extend, should be.paid within the time the judge ordered. If no date or time period was described in the Order, then it must be paid before the obligir is found in contempt, it sued anew.
