Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I currently pay child support every month and my ex has been in prison for the last 4 months and will be for another year. Is it legal for his current wife to use the support I send without my consent or knowledge?

Yes, once it goes to him he can do whatever he wants with it. See your lawyer about changing custody.
