Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

If a person is considering divorce and that said person has sole power of attorney over a family member NOT related to the other spouse, can the spouse who is NOT a power of attorney gain information about the spouse who is filing relatives information? For example, if the husband has power of attorney for his grandmother, can the wife who is NOT a power of attorney, access the grandmother's information?
