Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

How do you take power attorney away from a sister who is abusing it? She is using mom's money to better her life. My brother is doing the same with my dad. Both my parents have dementia. The sister has opened credit cards in my moms name. She is now going to put her in a nursing home so she doesn't have to pay for them. This is happening in Missouri. I have filed a complaint with the state. Nothing has happened yet.

The surest way is to have a competnet appliocant apply for letters of conservatorship and guardianship, alleging the abuse of the parents by their attorneys in fact.
