Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I was in prison for non payment of child support when my children were rescued from their mothers home. Since then I was released from prison. I have a job and a fit home for my child. I have had visits and some counseling sessions with my child. CPS got permanent placement in a foster home for my child and neglected to notify me of the hearing. I want to get my child out of the system and placed in my home. What legal rights do I have? How can CPS keep my child in the system when I am the non offending parent and I have employment and a fit home?

You will need to petition the Court to reconsider the Order, or to gain sole custody. Rather than a general description of the process, you should consult directly with a probate or family law attorney in your area. You weren't able to provide enough information here, for a thorough evaluation. Take what documents you have, and get advice specific to the particular facts of your situation.
