Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I'm in a Pro Se child custody modification case in Missouri and need the Judge(Commissioner) to talk to my son. I was told to file a particular motion to have this happen. What would the heading be on such a motion? One that was mentioned was for an "Incamera Session." Any help would be most appreciated.

If you are representing yourself "pro se" you are held to the same standards as an attorney. You may find that there is a lot more to practicing law than you know. I believe that non-lawyers representing themselves in Court are making a huge mistake. Would you operate on yourself if you needed surgery? I can not give you any legal advice because you have chosen to represent yourself. My only advice would be for you to hire an attorney.
